Your area of responsibility

• Independent procurement of technical components and materials
• Supplier management: selection, negotiation and support of suppliers
• Analysis and optimisation of purchasing processes and cost-cutting potential
• Collaboration with internal departments to ensure material availability
• Market observation and identification of new procurement potential
• Order processing: Creation, processing and tracking of orders
• Monitoring of delivery dates and coordination of incoming goods
• Processing complaints and liaising with suppliers
• Support in the further development of digital processes in purchasing

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with a focus on purchasing or supply chain management
• Professional experience in technical purchasing or in a comparable position
• Negotiating skills and experience in supplier communication
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Structured and solution-orientated way of working
